Bug fixes
- BUGFIX: Commands no longer fail because of the "NULL DEFINED AS" statement syntax (Impala)
- BUGFIX: Distributed cache test is now skipped for Impala connections
- BUGFIX: Spark operators no longer read nominals as binary values from certain PARQUET formats (Impala)
- BUGFIX: Changing to a MRv1-only connection after a YARN-enabled connection no longer leads to errors
- Improved error message for missing Impala properties
